Many G43 mag extensions don't provide enough room for the extra round(s) and enough give while fully loaded to match that of an OEM mag. This one does and actually is a +2. I like that this uses the factory baseplate and stays locked in place. I'd like this same concept in a +1, with a spring with the right amount of tension, and re-designed to fill the palm swell.

It was extremely easy to instal, took me a couple minutes. The fact that it comes with a spring is amazing. I have big hands and it gives me a better grip on my Glock 43.
