Returns Policy

We accept all postage paid returns for exchanges/refunds or credit from the United States of America. For any refunds, product must have been purchase directly from Ghost Inc. Exchanges and credit will be accepted on any Ghost manufactured products regardless of where they were bought and of course warranty it for life. Refund to our online store using credit cards can only be done within 30 days of purchase, order returned longer than that can only be issued a store credit. Non-Ghost manufactured products will be refunded or exchanged within the 30 day period.

We do not accept International returns from outside the United States. Do not send your return with a signature requirement. If you need delivery confirmation, please use FEDEX or UPS. If you are returning a high value item you may want to insure it. Non-Ghost Inc. manufactured Items must be in original unopened packaging and in re-salable condition, and be returned within 30 days of being received for a full refund any altered parts will not be accepted these items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. No returns on any apparel, knives, holsters or electronic products. Returned Items not manufactured by GHOST INC. meeting the above criteria if accepted are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. We do not repair other manufacturers products. If the product functions improperly, is defective or breaks please contact the manufacturer for their repair/return policy. Please note refunds do not include money paid for shipping.

You should expect us to issue your refund within days of receiving your package that you gave to the return shipper, however, in some cases you will not see the credit right away due to your banking process. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email us here Contact Us or send us a message from your account. To do this, go to completed orders and to the right select returns. We will approve your return quickly and may also possibly call you to see if we can clear anything up.

Shipping

Shipping within the United States only. We do not ship outside the US for any reason. First to ship brings your order to the top of the shipping Que/list and does not in any way guarantee exact arrival dates. This however will go out extremely fast and should arrive to your destination in 2-3 days from the day we ship it and is sent priority USPS. Depending on size of order we may choose UPS as our shipper at no extra cost to you. Simple shipping will be packaged and ready for pick in the order it comes into the order Que/list. This will usually ship within 24/48 and does not include weekends or federal holidays. All orders need to be placed by 3:30 EST to go out UPS daily Mon-Fri.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you choose to use your own shipping account please call us and we will create the order for you.
