When you first receive this connector, install it first before trimming/reducing. Apply extra pressure and see if it releases the firing pin. If it does with extra pressure you will trim down very little to get a clean smooth release.

Love my G43 - Forever!

I REALLY LOVE this Pro Connector. Thank you Ghost for making it, and thank you Oliver for all your advice. I also have to mention the life time warranty you guys put on it as well. It's very comforting to know that IF it were to ever mess up, you guys will replace it. It's very well made, and once you follow the directions, and install it correctly... it's there to stay!

Get the Edge connector instead

After all the filing and tweaking, it read no different on the trigger pull than the Edge. I use a Wheeler digital pull gauge and did a ten pull average with each. The take-up on the trigger is the same as well. Maybe on another model gun would the "little nub" that you file end up making a bigger difference in the take-up.

This connector eliminates the over-travel not the Pre-travel also know as the take up. -

I’m very happy with this connector! It pairs very well with the Overwatch Precision TAC trigger! Break is way more crisp when paired with that trigger stated above. I only took the tab down until I could pull the trigger, and I feel it made ‘the wall’ feel like it was cut in half. It’s made it so I can pull the trigger without disturbing the front sight, but the wall is still there enough so I feel comfortable having it in my EDC gun. It also did make that ‘bump’ or ramping up feeling before the wall go away. Very pleased! I will be putting one in my G19 as well!

Installed this into a G48. Took about .015 off of the TCT to get the striker to reliably release. Overtravel is now essentially nonexistent and has tightened up my groups by about an inch @ 10 yards. Front sight post does not move AT ALL when the trigger breaks. While the trigger still "stacks", the break is more of a rolling break. I have no issue with a rolling break whatsoever, however, I would have loved to have kept the crisp break as I prefer it for CCW. Trigger went from approx 5.5-6 lbs to 4.5-5lbs. (4.5 at the tip of the trigger/5 in the middle of the trigger). After initial testing, I installed an Overwatch Precision DAT trigger shoe with OEM trigger bar and this is now one of my favorites to shoot at the range as well!

Our Firearm Service & Repair Facility installs a LOT of Glock Connector Upgrades! 90% are units that need (or should be) fitted to each of our Customer's Glock platforms. Lately we have been installing a number of the G42/G43/43X/48 "Pro" Connectors, given the introduction of the 43X and 48. Customers love the improved feel and reset of their triggers, and we have not found any other product so consistently manufactured relative to quality.

Definately lighter pull

Pro connector reduced trigger pull by about 3 lbs. The back wall is very light.
As soon as you hit the wall. Fire is right there. Much smoother pull. Jus would like to see less trigger travel. Otherwise, outstanding. -
Significantly improves trigger feel

I installed this in a G43, took about ten minutes including filing the connector to fit. There was minimal filing needed, I took off less than 1/100th of an inch to get the striker to release.
This connector improves the trigger feel immensely, and makes it much more consistent.
Ghost Inc had fast shipping, plus all the swag they send with purchases is always a plus. -

Very easy to install, take your time and check often. Dropped and smoothed out the trigger pull down 2 pounds. You can’t go wrong.

No More Hump

All in all, the trigger is MUCH smoother. No more of the notorious Glock “hump” that they’re infamous for. That being said, I was hoping it would take up some travel and reduce the pull a little more.
