11. No malfunctions, works great

    Bought them to try in place of the Shield mags which fit flush but constantly malfunctioned. These do protrude beyond the magwell, but worked flawlessly

12. Great +4 Matches Gun

    This is the perfect spare mag on belt / range mag extension, for my 43X MOS. This +4 is fine in a OWB open carry situation, but a touch long for good concealment. I carry a Ghost +2 in the gun for 12+1 capacity CCW, and then a Ghost +4 for another 14 rounds in a belt carrier. It's worth noting that the polymer used by Ghost matches Glock very well, so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb as some extensions do. Using the existing floor plate helps with the look as well. Super happy with Ghost extensions.

    After looking at reviews of the full 15 round mags, I decided this was the best option. Love the look and feel of this paired with the tyrant mag well. Completely new g48!

    Ordered 3 Plus 4 M.E.D.'s. for my Glock 43X and 48 MOS. Installed them easily and quickly the day that I received them. Was able to load 14 rounds in each of the 3 magazines without undue effort. With 14 rounds loaded in the magazines with the +4 Extensions the magazines were a tight fit in the mag well and would not drop from the pistol without physically pulling them out. If I downloaded the magazines to 13 rounds the mags were much easier to insert and would almost drop completely free, I'm pleased with the extension and have no desire to return them. I'm just hoping that if I leave them loaded with 14 rounds for a while that might result in a little spring set and not expand the mag walls as much. I haven't shot with these extended mags yet so I can't comment on reliability. However, I have the Ghost +2 M.E.D.'s on several of my Glock Model 43 Mags and have had no feeding issues with them.

    Product was easy enough to install with the right tools and looks great! I recommend this ANYONE who’s looking for a “Stock” look mag extension. I attached this to my second EDC mag and it gives me an assured feeling now having an extra 14 rounds at my disposal as opposed to 10.
    
    FYI: For those who’ve never removed the baseplate for a 43x/48 mag, highly recommend channel locks for the retention tabs. Also YouTube is your best friend. Good luck!

    Order was filled in less than 4 days of me checking out. Got two mag extensions for my Glock 43X, installed both and they work great.
    Wonderful product, and a great option considering the 15round mags for the 43x are sold out for life !

19. The Best Option - Hands Down!

    These are perfect. The springs are correct. Everything fits and same quality as Glock coming from Ghost. I used at the range and outstanding performance.
    
    I say this in comparison to some "other" extensions that I tried from another place - those did not fit, despite the advertised for G43X. Nope.
    
    So, Ghost gets it. They have produced what works and works well. I like what really works as intended! Will buy again and I am a Ghost customer now!
