PF-43+1
A magazine extension grip for the GLOCK 43 (9mm). This extension replaces the magazine floor plate providing one extra round of capacity and approximately 3/4" additional gripping surface for better control and comfort while also incorporating the factory texture pattern. (actual length 0.820")

Not 100% Reliable

I purchased this to add one round to my EDC Glock 43. The product does do that and it’s easy to install on a factory magazine. I didn’t give it 5 stars because when I test fired with that magazine it failed to feed once. Now it was mostly consistent and for range use it’s fine. But if my life depends on it, 99% feed is not good enough. I suspect a slightly stronger spring would solve the issue. Perhaps the product should include that in the package as well.

Got a couple of these when I bought my pistol and they are awesome! Easy to install and look like they come from Glock (they probably should have). They add another round and give a bit more grip, but don't make the gun too big to conceal easily.

Works as intended. I like how the texture matches the rest of the glock grip. Easy install. Would buy again.

Best looking extension

So the Pearce +1 is not the highest capacity extension, or the most low profile extension for the Glock 43 but it is in my opinion the most comfortable and best looking +1 extension. Looks like you'd expect a Glock extension to look like, even has the same texture and feels flawless in the hand. The casting is seamless and is a well made product but I leave you to weigh whether it is the right choice for your needs.
