This is a 6.5 lb. Super Duty Extreme Firing Pin Spring
FOR GEN 1-5. This spring is manufactured by Ghost Inc. This Super Power Striker/Firing pin springs are a must for all 45 ACP & 10mm GLOCKS. These bigger guns use 9% heavier firing pins but come with the lighter weaker 9mm firing pin springs which will eventually cause light primer strikes. These springs are also highly recommended for all other GLOCK models to insure the strongest primer strikes insuring that your pistol fires under the most extreme conditions.
You will feel about 1/2 pound heavier difference in your trigger pull weight. This spring is manufactured by Ghost Inc.
This spring can be used along all of our manufactured connectors.

Very good quality springs

The springs have a nice coating on them. They only increase the trigger pull slightly and with todays really bad ammo available, helps with bad primers.

6.5 super duty striker spring 10pk

I initially ordered these springs to fix a light primer strike issue with my g43 build. Turns out it was just really really cheap low quality ammo I was using. I ended up swapping out all the striker springs in all my Glock pistols with these 6.5lb super duty springs. So far so good. I have ran 200 rounds of 115gr blazer fmj 9mm, 20 rounds 95gr +p Underwood extreme defender 9mm, 5 rounds 147gr +p Buffalo Bore Outdoorsman hard cast lead 9mm and 50 rounds 124gr +p Federal HST JHP with absolutely no issues. I would strongly recommend these springs and would keep a couple in your parts bin for later replacements.

Glock 17 gen 5. I been having problems with it hateing my reloads would go bang then click bang click. Factory loads we're ok. Changed the spring and put 300 rounds of reloads thought it in 1 day with no problems. This is the spring if you reload with hard primmers like cci

Cures Light Strikes on CCI Primers

I was having some issues with light strikes on CCI primers with my G42. I no longer trusted the gun and then I thought, my other Glocks have 6.5 striker springs. I changed over the old standard G42 striker spring to the 6.5 pound spring, and there is Glock reliability again even with the harder CCI primers.

Ghost over delivered I ordered a 3 pack of these springs and they gave me a free base plate and some awesome stickers. The springs worked awesome! I will be a customer in the future for sure.
