Ghost Triggers Clear Armorers Installers Slide Plate.
Our customers highly recommended this plate. They say it is a must for trouble free installation of the EVO ELITE, ROCKET & TACTICAL trigger control connectors!
The plate is sectioned by 1/3 in height to permit viewing of the sear and firing pin engagement. Our plate is slightly thicker in width than the Glock plate. We make this plate thicker in width because this thickness moves the firing pin leg slightly forward. Moving the firing pin leg effects where the trigger releases the firing pin. Moving it slightly forward gives you more adjustment of the Trigger Control Tab (TCT) once your thinner Glock black plate is reinstalled. Once you shorten the TCT enough so that the pistol to fires you should remove the orange plate and reinstall your Glock black plate. Your Glock plate is thinner your pistol should still fire but you may feel a load (load=you pull the trigger it will stop against the TCT then you will add more force or load to the trigger to get the pistol to fire). If this condition exist remove the connector again and final fit by removing an ever so slight amount from the TCT.
This will allow for you to get a precise fit with the EVO ELITE, ROCKET & TACTICAL triggers. This plate is a virtual must for an easier error free installation of the EVO ELITE, ROCKET & TACTICAL.

Gotta have to tweak the gun

The armorers plate is a must have to see how the trigger sear is contacting the firing pin. This is a must have to make sure the gun is safe to handle after making modifications to the trigger. It also allows you to trip the sear in case of a modification just made that did not allow the trigger sear to release the firing pin. Just insert a very small screwdriver to push down on the trigger sear. Ghost armorers plate is the best made out there. As mentioned, they are a little tighter fit to tweak the gun best.

Couldn't figure out why my trigger was dropping the firing pin I tried adjusting springs, sanding and polishing to no prevail this helped fix the issue of my engagement bar being too high to drop down

One of those things when building: It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
I ordered mine for a P80 fullsize (G17) build. Turned out everything came together great the first time, but the armorers plate gives you access to the trigger mechanisms in the event that it is in a state where your slide is stuck on. -
