The Zero Tolerance brand first made its appearance in 2006 when we saw a place in the market for a Made-in-USA line of hard-use knives that would meet the needs of professionals in the military and law enforcement, as well as other first responders, such as firefighters and emergency medical personnel.

The initial products were combat knives, but since that time, the line has expanded to include a variety of general use and premium knives. From larger and heavier outdoor knives to slimmer and lighter everyday carrying knives that are built to ZT's high-performance standards, ZT knives always provide knife owners with top-of-the-line quality.

All ZTs are proudly built in our Tualatin, Oregon USA manufacturing facility by our most skilled workers.

ZT 0770 FOLDER, ASSIST, CARBON FIBER

The original, award-winning Zero Tolerance 0777 was a very limited-run knife. Yet interest in it is high among blade aficionados. That's why Zero Tolerance is happy to announce a new version of that award-winning knife one that will be much more generally available. The 0770CF offers the style and performance of the award-winning 0777, but in a slightly smaller, streamlined version.

For ZT performance, the blade is ELMAX powdered steel, which provides the ability to take a razor edge, excellent edge retention, strength, and toughness. A stonewashed finish on the blade hides hard-use scratches and makes maintenance easier. The sweeping lines of the original 0777 are preserved in the lightweight carbon-fiber handle that fits securely in the hand. An inset liner lock secures the blade.

The 0770CF opens quickly and easily thanks to SpeedSafe assisted opening and the built-in flipper. Includes deep-carry pocket clip. For a final touch of class, ZT adds a handsome oversized pivot.

ZT 0456 SINKEVICH, 204P TI FLIPPER 2TONE

Zero Tolerance and Belorussian custom knife maker Demitry Sinkevich have teamed up to produce the 0456. The 0456 offers the premium cutting power for which ZT is well known in a knife with standout looks that are just waiting to be shown off.

Based on Dimitry's popular custom knife, "The Pole," the 0456 features the 3-D rayed handle contours and custom blade shape that defined the original design. The high-quality CTS-204P blade steel is wear and corrosion resistant and takes an exceptional edge. The blade's premium quality is matched only by its good looks with an appealing two-tone finish that's stonewashed on the flats and satin on the grinds. The 0456 opens with ZT's KVT ball-bearing system for a quick, easy blade release. A titanium frame lock, with a hardened steel lock bar insert, firmly secures the blade open during use.

The 0456 deftly balances handsome appearance and solid utility. On the appearance side, the pivot hardware, custom aluminum back spacer, and left/right reversible pocket clip are finished in a brilliant blue. On the utility side, the 0456 offers top cutting capabilities and excellent edge-holding performance making it the perfect tool to take along with you on any bold adventure.
