GMR-001
Finally, a proper fix for the under-sized factory Glock magazine release. The Vickers Tactical Extended Release is easy to install and made of the same tough polymer as the factory part. Now anyone with average- to small-size hands can release the magazine rapidly without shifting their grip on the weapon. The GMR-001 is mandatory if installing the Crimson Trace lasers, as they attach to the weapon backstrap and further move the strong hand to the rear, away from the release.
Fits Glock models GEN 1-3 ONLY - 17,19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 37.
DOES NOT FIT GEN 4 GLOCKS!

I had problems with the factory mag catch on my Gen 1 G26--sharp and just too low. I then tried Glock's extended version--too sharp and high--I beveled its edges and it still wasn't right.
Then I read countless praises for the Vickers--I must agree, it's awesome--just the right protrusion. No sharp edges or corners and it's very smooth to operate, easier to push than Glock factory. Maybe it's the polymer it's made of, slicker or something. I love it! -

Big improvement on my Gen 3 Glock 19. I'm a lefty and it makes hitting the release a whole bunch easier with my index finger. Easy installation too.

The OEM Gen 3 mag release is small and too flush with the frame so is very awkward to depress even when twisting your hand on the grip. This adds enough raised surface to make it less awkward but it’s still not as good as even the OEM Gen 4 mag release with the larger surface area that extends back in the grip. Better but not perfect.

I have two glocks 17 and 19 and they both run this release. Love it just enough over stock to help but not huge to get caught on anything and accidentally get hit while gripping the gun . Install was pretty straight forward and easy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who feels that the factory release is just a tad short.

Just the right size, makes reaching the mag release easier. But doesn’t extend so far as to interfere with holsters or unintentional magazine releases. Used on my Gen 3 G19.

Used on my carry g19. It’s the perfect size and rounded, so you won’t accidentally release the mag. It’s taller then the stock one but not as tall as the extended factory one glock makes, which is good the the factory extended is way too long. Totally work every penny
)
